SHIPPING

How Does Shipping Work?
We offer free global shipping with every order. We only use secure and reliable express couriers, to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your order. The courier we use will depend on the country we ship to.
For the US and Canada we typically use FedEx Express, and for most of Europe we use DHL. Aside from FedEx Express and DHL, the couriers we use most often are Aramex, EMS, and UPS Priority. The shipping courier we use will not always be the same, as we will always use the one that will deliver to your address the fastest whilst offering the most security, and this may change based on State/Country or specific date.
We take full responsibility for customs clearance, so in the rare and unlikely case that your order is stopped at customs, we will reship your entire order completely free of charge. Orders being stopped at customs is very rare for us, as we have several methods implemented to ensure secure delivery.
After we receive your order, within 2-3 business days we will send you the pre-shipment video of your bag. Once approved, we will send your order to the shipping courier who will ship your order the following day. We will then follow up with the tracking number of your shipment, so that you can see real time updates of the shipping progress of your order. Shipping to the US typically takes under a week, and for most other countries it is between 5-13 days.
Once your order has been shipped we will send you the tracking number/link of your shipment, which you can use to see the expected date of arrival and where your order is along it’s international journey. For most couriers, including FedEx Express, it may take up to 2 business days for your order tracking information to update, however this is not a reflection of the actual shipping progress.

Shipping

We ship your orders globally through secure couriers, and take full responsibility of shipping and customs clearance. In the unlikely event that your package was stopped at customs, we would send you another one at no extra cost to you.

After we receive the order, it usually takes us 2 to 3 days to send you the pre-shipment video and photos of your bags. Once you approve these, we will hand over to the shipping courier and send you the shipment tracking number so that you may track the status of your package during transit.

We use FedEx Express to the US and selected countries, and packages typically take between 3 and 7 days to arrive.  For most other countries, shipping takes between 5 and 15 days to arrive.

All our bags come with the full original packaging including brand box, dust bag and relevant cards or booklets.

Some of the shipping companies we use include FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, Parcel Post and Aramex.
