Refunds and Returns
- If there is any quality issue with your bag, you are entitles to a full refund
- The only requirements are that you return the bag carefully, and with the full original packaging
- Full refunds are issued within 3-5 business days from reciept of the returned order
- Used bags cannot be returned unless it is clear that there is a quality issue which has caused damage to the bag
- Return instructions will be given at the time of a return and must be followed
- Pre-paid return labels are not provided
- Please note that only by meeting all of the above conditions you are eligible for a return and refund
